About Gaia Talent
Gaia Talent is a specialist recruitment consultancy connecting talented professionals with organisations delivering projects across environmental, ecology, engineering, infrastructure, sustainability and renewable energy sectors.
We believe great recruiters aren't born with recruitment experience—they develop through curiosity, resilience, commercial thinking, and a genuine desire to help people build their careers.
If you're ambitious, enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build a rewarding career with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
The Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Recruitment Consultant Programme is designed for graduates with the right attitude and potential.
Over three months, you'll receive structured training, hands-on coaching and exposure to every stage of the recruitment process. You'll work alongside experienced consultants while gradually taking ownership of your own responsibilities as your confidence develops.
You'll receive formal feedback and development sessions every 30 days, where we'll review your progress, identify strengths and provide clear guidance on the next stage of your development.
Graduates who successfully complete the programme and demonstrate the skills, behaviours and commitment we're looking for will be offered a permanent position with Gaia Talent.
